Hi! I’m Kelly Purdue and I serve as the Director of our KIDZPOINT Children’s Ministry.

Children are treasured at Faithpoint! Our mission of “making more and stronger disciples of Jesus Christ” starts with our children.  Our mission it to shine God’s light into the lives of children and show them they are loved and special to God.

On Sunday mornings, parents are invited to check their children in to “Kidzpoint,” an interactive, age-appropriate ministry designed especially for them. Currently we have five classes:

Nursery (Newborns to 23 months)
2 – 3 – 4 Year Olds
Pre-K – K – 1st Grade
2nd – 3rd – 4th Grade

With the exception of our nursery, all classrooms have a weekly lesson for our children.  We use D6 Curriculum which offers all of our children a shared message each week tailored to the appropriate age level.  Each class has a devotional book or story book given out quarterly and weekly take home pages that offer families an opportunity to continue the sharing and discussion of God’s word at home during the week.  We also have a variety of family resources available monthly at our Kidzpoint Welcome Center to partner with families on their faith journey.

Who is with my kids?

We have a team of volunteers that work one Sunday/month on a weekly rotation schedule.  All volunteers must have a background check completed and on file before working in Kidzpoint.  Our volunteers are scheduled in the same classroom each month to build relationships with our children and families.

Kelly Purdue is our Kidzpoint Director. She greets families, schedules volunteer teams, coordinates the curriculum, and is available if you have any questions about our Kidzpoint program. She can be reached at
